The Role

Reporting to a dedicated Sr. Project Manager you will be vital in project execution, ensuring multiple projects are delivered efficiently and on time. This is a hands-on role where you will apply your coordination and communication expertise across a variety of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including action logs, risk registers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships and managing effective communication flows.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating complex problems where necessary.
• Schedule and organise project-related meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.

Skills & Experience:

To thrive in this position, you will need proven experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Analyst or Programme Coordinator role in an enterprise environment.

• Valid NZ work right.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Proven background in a highly regulated or multi-stakeholder environment such as Government, Enterprise, Banking, Insurance, or similar large corporate sectors.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
